Exercise Dreams



I just ordered this cool new heart moniter/watch. I am excited to get it and start using it while I exercise. I have slacked off with my exercise program but I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and get my tendonitis undercontrol. I am setting a goal to exercise 3-5 days a week. wish me luck.

Why don't you start running so we can do a mountain run together?
Some how I have to get one of my siblings to run one of these long races with me. It would be a great excuse to get together....

I would love to. do they have any short runs? like maybe a 5 miler(tee-hee) I can work upto? hey im just a baby runner still. It would be something for me to work upto. I do want to start though. It may be a while before I catch up to you. but its a GREAT goal.Whats the shortest race to aim for?
